Over the seven and one-half years I served as Director, we applied numerous interventions in the interest of continuous organization development. Your program is unquestionably one of the finest of those interventions. Testimony to the positive impact was provided not only via feedback from involved employees but, more importantly, via the shifts in attitudes we witnessed.
“Your program was so much more than the nursing staff expected. Before (your program) our turnover rate was consistent at approximately 3 RNs per month. This was high for us since we only have a staff of thirty RNs. Since (your program), we have not had one resignation.--an amazing situation for the Hospital. Please know how pleased we are and how grateful I am.”
Thank you for the great training last week and providing helpful and constructive consultation to this organization. No doubt we are a healthier organization due to our relationship.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the "world's best professional trainer" (in our opinion) that helped us immensely through the very stressful, uncomfortable, unpleasant, and uncertain organizational times.
Just wanted to let you know that I have informed the Executive Director of the Federal Executive Board (FEB) about you and the quality training you have provided our agency. As the FEB puts on training for the federal community, I've recommended you for consideration as a future workshop presenter. I suggested that she particularly consider your job satisfaction training.
We have many change management challenges and you spoke directly to them. I am convinced that you opened our eyes a little wider and helped us to see clearer. Many thanks.
Your approach helped us move forward to meet our goals of engaging staff and management in identifying and removing barriers that hinder high performance.
This training resulted in employees taking responsibility for improvements more than anything else we have ever done.
Our employees are not easy to please when it comes to the “softer” training —especially those that have been around for a long time. They were genuinely surprised and quite pleased to have received training that addressed their individual and unique work situation needs.
One front line employee had been a problem for years. Although the quality of her work was excellent, her productivity was very low, her morale was bad, and she had a negative influence on other staff. Her supervisor was stunned. Together, they developed a joint plan that allowed this employee to develop into a real asset to our organization. She remains an excellent employee and is very productive.
