Focus: Develop and implement a multi-layered strategic plan that includes a vision, mission, guiding values, strategic goals and objectives, long-term outcomes aligned with workforce development and information technology components.

Focus: Unify and strengthen the senior leadership team around a clear vision, operational agreements, and capacity to drive the organization to long-term success.
Leadership Development Program-Design Team
Focus: Design and implement a 12- month leadership development program that provides high-quality leadership training and hands-on experience for current employees selected to lead the organization in meeting its current and future challenges.
Succession Planning Team
Focus: Conduct a “Bench Strength “analysis process to identify high potential individuals that are capable right now or could become capable in one to two years (with training and development) to fill targeted positions.
New Employee Orientation Team
Focus: Design and implement (utilizing trained experienced staff as leaders) a dynamic and exciting orientation program to help new employees settle in, join in, get up to speed, and connect to the mission, vision, people, and culture of the organization.

Focus: Design, develop, and implement an annual program that recognizes and rewards individuals and work teams for exceptional customer service, teamwork, personal growth and development, and business process improvement.
Quality of Life/Work Team
Focus: Improve the quality of the workplace experience by developing and implementing a dynamic organizational response to issues identified by an organization-wide survey of employees.
