How to Lead Productive Team and Workgroup Meetings
Meetings, when skillfully led and facilitated, keep people engaged and productive. They view meetings as an effective venue for getting work done. In this one-day workshop, participants enhance their ability to plan and facilitate meetings in ways that keep people engaged, enable the workgroup to get started, agree on direction, stay on track, resolve differences, make decisions, and accomplish their objectives on time and according to standards.

How to Assign Tasks to Team Members
Employees, when given a task or assignment, stay engaged when they are able to say to themselves, “Yes, I clearly understand this task, what it requires, and why it is important for me to accomplish it.” This half-day course helps participants use a proven four-step process for assigning tasks with clarity and acceptance. Managers, supervisors, team leaders and those responsible for facilitating or leading teams or workgroups of their peers will want to attend.
